Alison Ranson - Textile Artist

I love the calming rhythm of hand stitch, the pulling of needle through cloth, the moving of paint around paper, the images evoking a special memory or moment seen through the eyes of an interested observer.

I am primarily a textile artist but I also work with acrylic paints both in paintings and as part of mixed media works.
